Welcome to EverFlow Veterinary Codes ("EVC," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our veterinary coding platform, API services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Service").

1. Service Description

EverFlow Veterinary Codes provides a standardized veterinary coding system designed to simplify and streamline coding processes in veterinary practices. Our Service includes:

• Access to our comprehensive library of 197 veterinary procedure codes
• API access for software integration
• Documentation and support materials
• Educational resources and training materials

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Use of Service

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service for legitimate veterinary coding and practice management purposes in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

• Share your API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond agreed rate limits

4. Licensing and Intellectual Property

EverFlow Veterinary Codes owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our proprietary coding system, software, documentation, and related materials.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service for your internal business purposes.

Universities and educational institutions may receive special licensing terms for educational purposes, subject to separate agreements.

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Fees

Certain features of our Service require payment of fees. All fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5.2 Billing

Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

5.3 Late Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is made.

5.4 Refund Policy

All fees paid to EverFlow Veterinary Codes are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts will be promptly refunded
• Service Outages: Extended service unavailability may result in service credits for the affected period
• Technical Integration Failures: If our API fails to function as documented during your initial integration period, we may provide a refund at our discretion
• Legal Requirements: Refunds required by applicable law

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date. API usage that has been consumed cannot be refunded. Cancellations result in immediate termination of access without refund of unused portions of prepaid fees.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. API Terms

If you access our API, additional terms may apply as set forth in our API Terms of Service. API usage is subject to rate limits and other technical restrictions.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverFlow Veterinary Codes from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account termination features in our Service.

We may terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. General Provisions
